So there we were on beautiful Maui and life was good - too good.
The incentive travel company that had hired Riverstone to produce their clients' business meetings at the Sheraton Mauna Lani faced a challenge. What was to have been a classy, low-key series of meetings (basically pipe and drape, a few video rolls and PowerPoint) needed to get super-charged. The client's final sales numbers had come in during the event and had simply gone through the roof. The decision was made to celebrate in a big way… "Could you get lasers and pyrotechnics to create some fanfare when the good news is announced tomorrow? And could you also throw together a big disco party on the third night to celebrate the good news?"
We stopped breathing. For a moment. Then we kicked into high gear.

In 6 hours our laser guys were on a plane headed for the islands. We bought out every Disco Fever CD on the 5 islands, and entertainment and décor for the finale party came together surprisingly well. Expanding the staging was a snap (thanks, Frank), and our audio chief designed the necessary additions to the audio system on the back of a napkin. It was art. Before we knew it Riverstone had pulled off the production coup of the year.
Riverstone Productions has been producing corporate meetings and events for over 25 years. Our aim is to be different. Our goal is to be creative. Our job is to deliver a really successful production for the client at the right price. We do the 1,000-participant product intros with all the flash and glitz you could hope for. We do the small 150-person annual meetings with the personal touches you deserve. And we produced the Moody Blues on the final night of an incentive cruise with all the confidence of Broadway producers. Does your company need a really good corporate events producer? We're here.
